Kaselytrade’s standard starting point

The standard MOQ starts from 250 pieces per product style. The final minimum may be higher or occasionally lower depending on materials, construction, decoration, colorways, model allocation and packaging.

Five factors that change MOQ

1. Material minimums

Custom colors or specialty fabrics may have supplier minimums that exceed the finished-product MOQ. Stock materials usually provide more flexibility.

2. Color and model allocation

Splitting one order across many colors, sizes or phone models creates smaller production lots. Share the quantity for every variation, not just the total.

3. Decoration setup

Printing, embroidery, molds, patches and labels can require setup work. The right method depends on artwork, material and quantity.

4. Custom components

Special hardware, dyed materials, unique packaging and custom accessories may introduce separate supplier minimums.

5. Quality consistency

Very small production runs can be inefficient for repeatable color, construction and finishing. MOQ helps create a stable production lot.

How to request a lower-risk first order

  • Use available material colors where suitable.
  • Limit the number of colorways or device models.
  • Choose standard components before creating custom hardware.
  • Keep packaging simple for the first production run.
  • Provide one clear specification instead of several undecided options.

What to send for MOQ confirmation

Provide the product type, finished size, material, artwork, quantity per style, number of colors or models, packaging and destination market. MOQ can then be reviewed against a real specification.
